Participation in the Career Fair is solely for the purpose of recruiting student and alumni candidates for open <\/span>positions. Priority registration will be granted to employers who meet the following criteria. <\/span><\/p>\n\n- Positions that require a bachelor\u2019s degree<\/span><\/li>\n
- Internships appropriate for college students<\/span><\/li>\n
- Employers offering three or more opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The Career Center will review all Career Fair registration requests and reserves the right to accept or deny an employer if the opportunity does not appear to support the best interest of the students and\/or college. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nOrganizations providing recruiting services must represent employers who have authorized them and may be asked to inform the Career Center of the specific employer they represent and the specific jobs for which they are recruiting. The Career Center must respect the confidentiality of this information and will not publish it in any manner.\u00a0The Career Center reserves the right to limit the number of third-party recruiters and\/or staffing agencies at the Career Fair. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nAs members of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), we ask that all of our employers familiarize themselves with and honor the Principles for Ethical Professional Practice<\/a> published by NACE.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span>Registration Fees<\/div>\nRegistration includes the participation of 2 representatives with an optional add-on of up to 2 additional representatives; a 6-foot rectangular table and 2 chairs. Parking, shuttle service, and lunch are included.<\/p>\n

- Standard Registrations must be paid by February 19, 2026<\/li>\n
- Once payment is received, your registration will be confirmed<\/li>\n
- Payment is due upon receipt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Cancellations, No-shows, and Refunds<\/h3>\n\n- Cancellation:<\/strong> The last day to cancel any part of your registration (full or add-ons) and receive a refund will be February 19, 2026, by 5:00 pm EST<\/strong>. Please email your cancellation request to Kevin Blute (kblute@ramapo.edu<\/a>).<\/li>\n
- No-shows:<\/strong> Career fair “no-shows” forfeit their entire registration fee and are not eligible to apply registration fees to another event.<\/li>\n
- Refunds:<\/strong> Partial or full refund requests received after February 19, 2026, by 5:00 pm EST and before the fair will result in registration funds being credited to a future RCNJ Career Center event.<\/li>\n
- Failure to Pay:<\/strong> Outstanding bills from previous events will prevent employers from participating in future career fairs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
