Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA)

ALPFA at Ramapo College is a high-impact professional development and leadership organization dedicated to advancing Latino and underrepresented students pursuing careers in business, accounting, finance, and related fields.

As a newly established chapter of the nation鈥檚 premier Latino business association, we are committed to building a lasting foundation for success for all students. Our mission is to create a pipeline of opportunity, offering Ramapo students direct access to networking events, industry panels, career readiness workshops, and national conventions that lead to real internships, mentorship, and leadership growth.

This is only the beginning. Together, we are building something that will last, and the work we do today will open doors for tomorrow.
