Upon graduation from college, he served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.\u00a0 He is a treasurer and past president of the Franklin Lakes Lions Club. He serves on the board of St. Joseph\u2019s Hospital Foundation.\u00a0 Mr. Arns earned a B.A. in government from the University of Notre Dame.
