Bard, Inc.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/foundation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/199\/2018\/10\/maddi.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1433 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/foundation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/199\/2018\/10\/maddi-191x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"194\" height=\"304\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Mr. Maddi retired from C.R. Bard, where he was responsible for the global compensation and benefits program including all executive compensation and equity programs.\u00a0 During his 18-year tenure, he worked in human resources in positions with increasing management and executive responsibility.\u00a0 Mr. Maddi is active in the community with the Diabetes Foundation and the Parents Alumni Association of Villa Walsh Academy.\u00a0 He earned a B.A. from Rutgers University and an M.A. from Montclair State University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/foundation\/governors\/\">Back to the Board of Governors<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Donald Maddi, Retired Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, C.R.
