She joined the firm in 1990 as a junior associate. She is former chairperson of Life Management, Inc., a non-profit organization assisting elderly citizens in Essex County. She implemented and coordinated the medical emergency guardianship panel for the judiciary of the Essex County Courts. She is a former member of the School of Humanities and Global Studies alumni advisory board. Ms. Perry was honored as a Distinguished Citizen in 2005 and received the President\u2019s Award of Merit in 2003. She earned her B.A.in Psychology at Ramapo College and law degree from Rutgers University.
