Graduate Admitted Student Checklist<\/h3>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span> Login to your Profile and Reply to Your Offer of Admission<\/strong><\/p>

To reserve a seat in your cohort, you must submit an enrollment deposit as outlined in your acceptance letter. You can review your letter and pay your deposit by logging back into your Application Portal<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on FORMS > Reply to Offer of Admission > Pay Deposit<\/span><\/p>\n

The non-refundable enrollment deposit is applied towards your first semester tuition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline to submit your deposit is referenced in your acceptance letter. If you do not submit your enrollment deposit by the stated deadline, your seat in the program is not guaranteed. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span> Activate Your Ramapo College Email Account<\/b><\/p>

As a new graduate student, you will need to activate your email account and take advantage of the College\u2019s Intranet<\/a>,\u00a0which is our internal news, services and registration portal.<\/p>\n

The portal gives you access to Web Registration, paying your bill, reviewing your account, email, your personal calendar, course tools and more.<\/p>\n

Please visit password.ramapo.edu and click Account Activation.\u00a0 Once you have activated your email, you can log into the portal<\/a>. Please disable any pop-up blocker. In the \u201cuser name\u201d box, please type in your Ramapo e-mail address (without @ramapo.edu) and your NEW password.<\/p>\n

If you would like to forward your Ramapo emails from your @ramapo.edu to a personal address – please follow the instructions below –<\/p>\n

  1. On your computer, open\u00a0Gmail<\/a>\u00a0using the account you want to forward messages from. You can only forward messages for a single Gmail address, and not an email group or alias.<\/li>\n
  2. In the top right, click Settings\u00a0\"Settings\".<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the\u00a0Forwarding and POP\/IMAP<\/strong>\u00a0tab.<\/li>\n
  5. In the “Forwarding” section, click\u00a0Add a forwarding address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter the email address you want to forward messages to.<\/li>\n
  7. Click\u00a0Next<\/strong>\u00a0\"and\u00a0Proceed<\/strong>\u00a0\"and\u00a0OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. A verification message will be sent to that address. Click the verification link in that message.<\/li>\n
  9. Go back to the settings page for the Gmail account you want to forward messages from, and refresh your browser.<\/li>\n
  10. Select\u00a0Forward a copy of incoming mail to<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  11. Choose what you want to happen with the Gmail copy of your emails. We recommend Keep Gmail’s copy in the Inbox.<\/li>\n
  12. At the bottom of the page, click\u00a0Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    <\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span> Check Your Email Frequently<\/b><\/p>

    After submitting your enrollment deposit, all college offices, including your Program Director, will reach out to you<\/span> via Ramapo email<\/b> ONLY<\/b>. Please check your Ramapo email daily for communications on advisement, registration, financial aid, billing, college announcements, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

    <\/i><\/i><\/i><\/span> Registration and Advisement<\/b><\/p>

    Your Program Director or Program Assistant will send you a welcome email shortly after we receive your Intent to Enroll form and deposit. Please allow a 1-2 business day system refresh before activating your email and trying to register. The Welcome email will give you instructions on registration and what courses you should be registering for in your first semester. You can enter the registration portal by clicking <\/span>Web Self Service\/Registration<\/a>.<\/p>\n
