You will receive directions via email and they will be listed on your deposited student portal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If you are a full time undergraduate or a part time \/ full time graduate student who is under the age of 31 years at the time of enrollment, you must submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proof of two MMR vaccines, with the first dose given on or after your first birthday.<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Alternatively, you may submit titers showing immunity to Measles, Mumps, and Rubella\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proof of 3 doses of Hepatitis B (not required if you are taking less than 12 credits) <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Alternatively, you may submit a titer indicating immunity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Proof of a Meningitis ACWY vaccine given at age 16 or later<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are a commuter student aged 19 or older, you are waived from this requirement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">A completed and signed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/383\/2024\/10\/TB-screen-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tuberculosis Screening Form<\/a>.\u00a0 This form is to be completed by all incoming students.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">*If you are having trouble locating your immunization records, try utilizing your state&#8217;s immunization registry.\u00a0 Instructions on how to access this can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/383\/2024\/10\/immunizationregistry92424.pdf\">here.<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Residential students will not be able to move in to on-campus housing until proof of an up to date Meningitis ACWY given on or after your 16th birthday is received<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Immunizations are due at the following times:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>For Fall semester start date- June 15th<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/383\/2026\/03\/Immunization-Packet-2026.pdf\">Immunization Packet PDF<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><a id=\"s2\"><\/a>Returning Student Information<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you are a returning student or a readmit student and you submitted your vaccination information within the past 10 years, you do not need to submit this information again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You are required to submit a new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/383\/2024\/10\/TB-screen-form.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tuberculosis Screening Form<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tuberculosis (TB) testing is required for students at high risk for TB (as defined in the Immunization Packet) no more than 6 months prior to your return to Ramapo College of New Jersey.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/health\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/383\/2026\/03\/Immunization-Packet-2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Immunization Packet PDF<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><a id=\"s3\"><\/a>Medical or Religious Exemptions<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Religious:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A request for exemption from the immunization requirements due to religious beliefs may be submitted to Health Services before the first day of classes. The request must be in writing from the enrolled student if aged 18 or over and specifically state the religious doctrine that prohibits vaccination.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Medical:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Exemption from requirements based on medical reasons must be submitted to Health Services in the form of a signed statement from a healthcare provider indicating a specific immunization is contraindicated due to a valid medical condition.\u00a0 This is due before the first day of classes.
