She explains the grammar for most topics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCbxb2fqe9oNgglAoYqsYOtQ\">Easy German<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(for Intermediate \/ Advanced Beginners) &#8211; The hosts do a series of podcasts on short topics, speaking very slowly and clearly in <em style=\"font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif\">Hochdeutsch<\/em><span style=\"font-family: proxima-nova, sans-serif\"> (\u201cHigh\u201d or Standard German).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC1-MpIG20o6kzsu1I5SLXpQ\">The German Rabbit<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(for Beginners) &#8211; Trixie from Hamburg has a series of short podcasts on German manners, culture, and language. She tackles one topic in each podcast and teaches you how to pronounce words. She even discusses the different German accents and dialects.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCZwegPHTG4gvnR0WLzaq5OQ\">Learn German With Anja<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(for Beginners)-\u00a0Anja is very energetic and funny but tackles serious grammatical issues, one at a time, in a clear and simple way.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div id=\"otherDictionaries\" class=\"collapsableContent\" tabindex=\"0\"><div class=\"collapsableTitle\"><span class=\"fa-stack\"><i class=\"fa fa-circle fa-stack-2x\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-down fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><i class=\"fa fa-chevron-up fa-stack-1x fa-inverse\"><\/i><\/span>Other Resources<\/div><div class=\"c_content\">\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/mein-deutschbuch.de\/startseite.html\"><strong>Mein Deutschbuch<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(all levels) &#8211;\u00a0Although the interface can be a bit hard to navigate, this site has wonderful resources that are grouped into small lessons, each of which can be downloaded as a PDF, so you can study offline and make your own textbook.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thoughtco.com\/german-basics-4133072\">German for Travelers<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(all levels)\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0If you just want some basic vocabulary for your first trip to Germany, this is a good place to start.
