Ramapo College of New Jersey, in compliance with the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), hereby provides notice that all College records other than those identified by OPRA as exempt or as exceptions to disclosure and those protected from disclosure by federal or other State law, will be available to the public according to the procedures described above.\u00a0 The Government Records Council&#8217;s Website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/grc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.state.nj.us\/grc<\/a> contains useful information on the law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submit Request:\u00a0 <\/strong>Please complete and sign the attached OPRA Request Form and submit it as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email:<strong>\u00a0 <a href=\"mailto:records@ramapo.edu\">records@ramapo.edu<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mail:\u00a0 \u00a0 Custodian of Public Records, 505 Ramapo Valley Road, M-220,\u00a0 Mahwah, NJ 07430<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RECORD ACCESS:<\/strong>\u00a0The College is opened:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.\u00a0 from the week before Labor Day to the week of Commencement,<\/li>\n<li>Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 5:15pm week after Commencement until the week before Labor Day.<\/li>\n<li>OPRA requests will not be processed when the College is Closed.<\/li>\n<li>The College is closed the week between Christmas and New Years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A person denied access to a properly requested government record has the right to appeal a denial of, or failure to provide requested information by filing\u00a0a complaint with the Government Records Council.<\/p>\n<div class=\"infoBox col-sm-12 col-lg-12 \"><div class=\"boxContent\">\n<p>U.S. Mail: P.O.
