This evaluation process ensures that individual goals are aligned with the College\u2019s Strategic Plan, Mission, Vision, and Values, while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous growth, and meaningful contribution. At the heart of the MPE process is our shared commitment to &#8220;<strong>be bold, be kind, and be good teammates.<\/strong>&#8221; Further, the process promotes two-way ongoing dialogue between managers, encourages reflective self-assessment, and reinforces Ramapo\u2019s core values: engaged learning and mentoring, holistic development, and respect and inclusiveness.
