Enrollment is limited to New Jersey residents only, and will only take place during the hours specified below. New participants in this program must show identification to prove eligibility. Program participants who receive information about Web registration prior to this time should disregard that process unless they wish to pay full tuition. <strong>Only the cost of tuition will be waived.
