TYPE CAREFULLY<\/strong>\u00a0(Name indicated must be the same as name on official college records. Use correct spacing, hyphens, upper\/lower case, accents, etc.). This is the way your name will be printed on your diploma.<\/strong> You are responsible for spelling errors due to mistyping.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

A $100.00 non\u2010refundable graduation application fee will be assessed to all students who have applied for graduation. The fee will be added directly to your bill\/account and due upon receipt. Visit http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/8w6seu5n<\/a> to view your bill and make a payment. Students with balances will be unable to receive their diploma and\/or transcripts. This fee covers costs associated with degree processing. It does not cover the cost of your regalia or the fees associated with the graduation venue.<\/p>\n

I understand that if I fail to fulfill any requirement, I forfeit my right to graduate in the designated term and must reapply for graduation by the deadlines listed above.\u00a0 I understand that participation in the ceremony does not constitute conferral of a degree and that I must fulfill all requirements and be certified by the Office of the Registrar before I can receive my diploma.<\/strong><\/p>\n
