Q: Who is a Global Roadrunner?<\/h4>\n

A: Any returning RCNJ student who participated in an international program and is in good academic standing is eligible to become a Global Roadrunner. We are looking specifically for students who are passionate about their international experiences as well as international education as a whole. Each student must submit a completed Global Roadrunner application and resume. Those selected will then proceed to the interview phase where final students will be chosen.<\/p>\n

Q: What is the Global Roadrunner program?<\/h4>\n

A: The Global Roadrunner Program is designed to engage returned international program students in the development and strengthening of an international programs \u201cculture\u201d at Ramapo College of New Jersey. It is very exciting for a prospective participant to hear about international programs from a peer\u2019s perspective. Participation in this volunteer activity will provide you with leadership experience, event planning skills, exposure to public speaking as well as serve as a great resume builder.<\/p>\n

Q: What do Global Roadrunners do?<\/h4>\n

A: Global Roadrunners assist the International Programs Advisors with classroom presentations, information tables, and other events throughout the year. Global Roadrunners plan their own events and meet with potential study abroad students in a peer advisor capacity. Your time commitment depends on you and what you can fit into your schedule.<\/p>\n
