Each year, the Center for Student Success聽hires upper-class students to help incoming students make their transition to life at Ramapo College.

At first-year student orientation, each incoming student is assigned to a smaller group for the day, which is led by one of our orientation leaders. 聽At transfer and spring orientation, orientation leaders are assigned to each advising lab and help students register for classes. 聽This leader also serves as your reference should you have questions about move-in, check-in, your schedule, etc.聽 Whether your concerns are academic or social, our student Orientation Leadership staff is here to assist you and to make your first-year experience a memorable one.
